If your product arrives with manufacturing defects, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- A detailed description of the issue
Please note that damages incurred during third-party shipping or handling are not covered under this clause.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, if the error was on our part, we will facilitate a replacement to correct it promptly.
3. Quality Issues
If you experience any quality-related issue (such as staleness or spoilage), please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a detailed explanation and supporting photographs.
We will investigate and, if verified, initiate a replacement to ensure you receive the quality you expect from Queens Court.
4. Shipping or Handling Delays
Queens Court is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or logistics services.
However, if such delays result in the product losing its freshness, we may offer a replacement.
Please note that additional shipping costs will apply in such cases.
For major shipping issues, we recommend filing a claim with the courier service, and our team will gladly assist where possible.

Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will not be offered in the following circumstances:
